Who we are

This store is operated by AMV Innovations Corporation ("For Us.", "we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product suits you, speak to a healthcare professional first.

We recommend patch-testing any new product. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs. Please read the ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include no taxes until calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Accuracy

We work to keep product information, imagery and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is error-free or current. Colours may vary between screens.

Intellectual property

The For Us. name, wordmark, product names, imagery, and site content belong to AMV Innovations Corporation and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
