Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We are not shipping internationally yet.

What it costs

A flat rate applies to every order, and shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it goes out

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

When it arrives

Once dispatched, most Canadian addresses receive their order within 2–8 business days depending on province and how far from a major centre you are. Remote and northern addresses take longer. December is slower everywhere.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, email hello@forusskincare.com within 14 days and we will sort it out.

Products not yet in stock

The Second Skin Biomimetic Cream is not yet in stock and cannot be ordered. Join the waitlist and we will write to you when it goes on sale. Nothing is charged in the meantime.
